The competition will take place until 7 January 2024. Any game results transmitted to us via the input screen during this period of time will be considered in the evaluation. Any entries received after the entry deadline will not be considered in the evaluation. Each participant may only take part in the evaluation once with the highest game result they have transmitted. It is prohibited to use more than one email address to increase the chances of winning. As the organiser, HEROSE GmbH reserves the right at its discretion to exclude persons from participation for legitimate grounds, for example (a) in the event of manipulation in connection with access to or the implementation of the competition, (b) in the event of breaches of these Participation Conditions, (c) in the event of illegal actions or (d) in the event of false or misleading disclosures made in connection with participation in the competition.
The winners will be identified after the entry deadline by evaluating the game results from all participants. The 10 participants with the best results will be the winners and will be notified separately by HEROSE GmbH. The prizes will be sent exclusively to the winners or to the legal representatives of underage winners. No exchange, collection by winners or cash disbursement of the prize will be possible. Any costs incurred for shipping the prizes will be assumed by HEROSE GmbH. If after two requests a winner does not respond within a deadline of three weeks, the prize may be transferred to another participant.
