Under the EC Anti-Terrorism Regulation we are required to check all visitors against terror lists/sanction lists. We will only share this data with the competent authorities if there is a positive match and by arrangement with the competent authorities. You can find further information on data protection below. We save data automatically in a SAP audit check log, which has a legal retention period of 10 years. On expiry, all check logs are to be deleted. A record of the deletion of the logs and data must be created in each case.

Right to object:

If personal data concerning you are processed in order to operate direct mail, you have the right to object at any time to the processing of personal data concerning you for the purpose of such advertising; this also applies to profiling insofar as it is associated with such direct advertising. Compelling grounds for further processing that override your interests may arise on our part. In this case, we would restrict processing of the data concerned and process it only for these designated purposes.

You also have the right of access in accordance with Article 15 GDPR, the right to rectification in accordance with Article 16 GDPR, the right to erasure in accordance with Article 17 GDPR, the right to restriction of processing in accordance with Article 18 GDPR and the right to data portability in accordance with Article 20 GDPR.
