Based on several customer requests HEROSE added to the bronze safety valve series 06001, 06002 and 06006 a stainless steel model.
Cryogenic safety valve Type 06011
Type 06011 is a safety relief valve with the approval for steam, gases and liquid (S/G/L). The body material is A351 CF8M with a nominal pressure range of PN63. Type 06011 is available with a soft sealing in PTFE/ carbon filled.
The temperature limits for this new type are from -196°C up to +65°C and it can be used in a pressure range from 5bar up to 55bar.

The types 06012/06016 are also safety relief valves, but only with an approval for steam and gases (S/G). The body material is A351 CF8M with a nominal pressure range of PN63. The types 06012/06016 are available with a soft sealing in PTFE/ carbon filled.
Type 06012 is only available with a cap and type 06016 is available with a lever.
The temperature limits for these new types are from -196°C up to +150°C and they can be used in a pressure range from 1bar up to 55bar.
